Executive Assistant to Manager

**About the Client**
Our client is one of the leading insurance agencies in Malaysia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and **cold-call prospects**:
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
- Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Schedule seminars and coordinate with the participants
- Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as needed.
**Job Requirements**
- **Fresh graduates **are welcomed to apply, training will be provided
- Able to effectively communicate in **Mandarin, English, Malay**:
- **Diploma/Degree holders** will have an added advantage
- **Independent & resourceful**:
- Basic skill on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and the drive to succeed
**Remuneration**
- Basic MYR 3,000 - MYR 8,000 (Negotiable depending on experience & capability)
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
