As the Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Investment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive's office.

You will be responsible for managing the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, handling communications, and providing administrative support to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
2.1. Calendar Management:

- Effectively manage and prioritize the senior executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring optimal use of the executive's time.

2.2. Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

2.3. Meeting Coordination:

- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary materials.

2.4. Travel Arrangements:

- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related details are in order.

2.5. Administrative Support:

- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes, within the Administrative Support responsibilities involves a range of activities like Market Research, Financial Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Vendor and Supplier Information, Data Compilation, SWOT Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Collaboration with Departments, Information Synthesis etc.

2.6. Confidentiality:

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and executive matters.

By effectively carrying out these tasks, the Personal Assistant contributes to the SVP's ability to make informed decisions, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency and success of the business unit in the Semiconductor and Technology fields.

**Essential Experience, Qualification & Knowledge Desirable Experience, Qualification & Knowledge**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**-3-5 years of experience in a similar role**

**-Proficient in English & Mandarin**

**-Knowledge of the Semiconductor and/or Technology industry is a plus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
