Basic Salary: RM3,000 - 5,000

Location: Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya

Company's Industry: Engineering Company

Working Hour: 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday (lunch 1 hour)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant Certificate or Diploma in Administrative or any other related fields.
- Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
- Experienced in managing expenses reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Conversant in both English / Malay languages.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
