Surface Mount Technology Sales Manager

You will be working for a well established MNC thermal solution electronics manufacturer that is looking for a Sales Manager.
**Your new role**
- Strengthening sales efforts for semiconductor-related products (SRP) in the market.
- Conducting sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and participation in trade shows, aligned with a predetermined Individual Business Plan or project.
- Enhancing relationships with existing accounts and cultivating new accounts to expand the company's branding within the target market in Asia.
- Marketing and promoting company products effectively.
- Delivering compelling presentations utilising provided marketing tools, while demonstrating dedication and assertiveness in pursuing new project opportunities.
- Engaging in trade shows related to Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Laser Technology, and NEPCON to boost visibility of company products and technology, aiming to establish the company as a market leader.
- Timely completion and submission of expense reports and sales forecasts as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time across Asia, including China, for sales meetings, training sessions, and alignment activities.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is necessary for effective communication with customers from China and Taiwan.
