Customer Service Supervisor

**Company Background**
**Responsibilities**:
- To lead a team of 2 Juniors
- Attend to visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- Control guests/vendors access to residential floors through appropriate registration
- Assist on booking of on site facilities (ie: function room, meeting room)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Provide directions for parks, restaurants, airports, etc
- Ensure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift
- Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Reports to Building Manager on all operation matters concerning the Front Desk/Concierge department
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in any fields
- Min 2-3 years of experience in customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English and **Japanese **language **(certified with either JLPT Level N1 / N2 /)**:
- ** Must be willing on weekends and Public Holiday**
**Job Details**:
- Working location : KL City Centre (Accessible by Public Transport)
- Working days : 5 days/week
- Working hours : 8am - 5pm
