Administrative assistant to help liaising with the lecturers & students for the classes, and to help handling administrative matters for PGBAHM program.
- Liaise with lecturers and students for class arrangements
- Handle administrative matters - MQA documentations
- Help Semester coordinators in preparing classes for PhDHM, MBAHM, and BBAHM
- Involve in development new Norhayati development as well reaccreditation process.
- Involved in coordinating Department events (IMU Care, CPD, Retreat)
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
