Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution rate, and adherence to schedule.
- Stay updated on product or service offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM graduates and proficient with Mandarin or English speaking.
- Preferably prior experiences in customer service, field of call center is added advantage.
- Willing to work on rotation shift basic, including morning, noon & night shifts.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
