To update and maintain employees’ personal information update in system.
- To support the smooth operation of the HR department.
- To assist in preparing HR-related reports as needed
- Support on employee on-boarding orientation program and document preparation
- To respond to staff inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks/activities
- Any other ad-hoc activities as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Taman Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
- Open to December 2023 intake

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM900.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
