**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant disposition
- Presentable appearance
- At least 1-2 years working experience is required for this position
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Good teamwork and negotiation skills
- Good communicator where both written and verbal communication skills are key
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in handling confidential documents and information.
- Should have good customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be tactful.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication and presentation skill.

**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES include**:

- Assist in general office administration, such as stationery, office assets, food and beverage in distributing, purchasing and stock count
- Distribute office access card, drawer key and office key with proper record.
- Monitor and keep track staff Leave record, circular of memo, monitor and keep record of company vehicle.
- In charge of cleaner duty and cleanliness in office.
- Arrange interview appointment
- In charge of checking mail box on every Monday & Thursday
- Provide front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items to the relevant staff immediately
- Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office
- Keep the reception area, main doors and windows (general areas) to the Agape offices are always neat and tidy, duly locked securely after office hours.
- Liaise closely with the Superior to develop and maintain the contact database regularly.
- As a first point of contact, alert the HR & Admin Manager or Senior Manager of any incidences that may pose a security risk to the office or staff.
- Distribute the mineral water before the meeting, coffee or tea (if require) and check for the cleanliness of the conference room
- Assist in distribute office access card, drawer key and office key with proper record
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Assist in getting quotation for the events and others
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
