Our Human Resources Team is provides a best in class service to our employees and global organisation. We provide support for day to day and operational issues and procedures. Our team partners with the business to provide reporting insight and to continuously improve our processes and performance.
**Partner with the best**:
As a HR Services Specialist, you will be executing on muliple HR processes and supporting the HR team. This includes all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, Oracle data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more.
As an HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for the successful execution of one or more HR Operations process(s)
- Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)
- Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area(s)
- Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing advise on complex questions/requests
- Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through effective interpersonal skills and proactive communication
- Buiding and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes
**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in HR, Finance and/or Sourcing and/or equivalent education from an accredited academic institution
- Have experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or Global Mobility Services
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Be able to show a good knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools
- Display a good customer service-orientation mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
