Relationship Executive

**Job Role and Summary**
Relationships Executives are individuals responsible for the sales and customer relations of NSG Logistics. They are accountable to the Business Development Director and must fulfill the company’s weekly or monthly quota as required by the senior management. They are mainly in-charge of customer accounts and may work together with Marketing Executives to improve or increase sales.
**A. Duties and Responsibilities**
- Make calls to follow up with warm prospects that were previously interacted with Marketing Executive with the assistance of call scripts.
- Continuously identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the prospects’ or customers’ general and immediate requirements.
- Persuade prospects or customers to make genuine “requests for quotation” from NSG Logistics.
- Record and update the prospects’ personal information accurately in the Sales Tracking System.
- Summarize enquiries/requests for quotations and submit them to procurement team to obtain costs via the relevant communication platforms/systems.
- Ensure key sales iindicators/nformation are updated on the tracking platforms/system regularly and accurately.
- Generate quotations and quote prospects via relevant accessible platforms.
- Make follow up interactions via any accessible platforms to further understand the requirements of prospects.
- Make the extra effort to meet prospects targeted requirements and persuade prospects or customers to engage NSG Logistics’ services.
- Ensure that prospects/customers feel comfortable during follow up interactions.
- Monitor and follow up with existing customers regularly to ensure they continue in our service with the assistance of tracking platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective/existing customers, attend to their requirements, and persuade them to make requests for quotations.
- Report to Business Development Director and meet the necessary sales quota set by senior management.
- Ensure all necessary tasks given by superiors are attended to.
**B. Skills**
- Must be an excellent communicator in both written and verbal disciplines, relaxed, confident telephone manner with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Have strong negotiating skills to create win-win situations between company and customers and make business relationships mutually beneficial.
- Leadership skills to pitch and implement ideas successfully to customers and management.
- Must be proficient in English, bilingual is preferred.
- Should be goal oriented and have persistent skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
**C. Qualifications**
- Should have at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field).
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.
- Speed and accuracy in typing.
- Experience in a position where meeting sales goals was important indication of performance.
