- **Engage clients proactively** to understand their needs and ensuring timely delivery of services to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Be the **key point of contact on clients’ enquiries** and **provide the direct product or service recommendations** to achieve service excellence and contribute to the business goals.
- Building trust and developing healthy long-term client relationship.
- **Generate new sales and identify new sales opportunity **through existing or new accounts to maintain healthy sales pipelines.
- **Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints**, managing the customers’ expectation in a professional manner.
- **Collaborate with cross functional departments **to ensure proper client management, maintaining high customer satisfaction rating and create business partnership opportunity.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, familiar with Accounting standards will be advantageous
- A highly motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to develop a deep understanding of the products and services provided to clients
- Ability to understand customer needs and business requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
