Inventory Control Admin

To ensure that the stock inventory records are kept to date.
- To perform check/ audit on cycle count and stock audit result, inclusive of gain and loss stocks control.
- To prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movements and general matters
- To ensure that the storage areas are well maintained
- To perform all task including those of an administrative nature by the Superior
- To undertake any special assignment by YCH Management
- Guide and assist Operations Team on executing recommended solutions for better inventory control and monitor the progress for a period of time of the agreed new process (SOP).
- To ensure that the Quality system of warehouse is maintained and improved
- To maintain and enhance customer service in Inventory and service with the customer
- To perform other job related functions as and when required.
- Support respective operation HOD during stock take (PI) on the following:
Provide guideline and procedure on the count.
Supervise the count.
Prepare and publish stock take results internally to respective Operation HOD and management. (Operation HOD or Program Manager is responsible to publish the final result to the customer)
- Guide Operations on detail investigation.
- Work with Operations to publish the findings.
- Carry out the system reconciliation within the agreed time frame (after approval from Operations and customer).
- Follow up until closure of every variance found.
- Authorized to conduct and review individual staff performance though yearly appraisal seek recommended career advancement opportunities for direct subordinates.
- Authorized to coach and equid new talents with Inventory and system knowledge.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma (preferably in related filed) or
- Certificate/ STPM/ SPM with 2 years relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate in English
- To attend all trainings and presentations on health and safety matters as well as accident preventions
- To comply strictly with EHS related policies and procedures as well as all safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
