Your Daily Scope
- To strategize and plan new partner pitching, collaboration strategy, content planning.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Copy-writing for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Skills Requirement
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Able to think-out-of-the-box, with creativity and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of market research techniques and analytical abilities.
- Social Media platform savy
- Editing visual using external apps for Instagram reels and tik tok.
- Simple photo editing using external apps to enhance picture for InstagraM/Facebook stories and posts.
- Experience in handling launch / promotional events.
- Experience interacting with customers via social media platforms (enquiries & feedback)

Qualifications, functional skills, and knowledge:

- Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possess the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation/overseas.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
