**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop competencies for the sales team member towards the company needs with proper training tools and equipment, health, safety & environment and all ISO/authority requirement for FMCG industry.
- Stimulate sales team activities in FMCG market to attain or exceed revenue objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Plan, develop, control and act on the implementation of sales target, forecasting and prediction of new potential products as well as existing.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads and establish new partnership into our market place upon necessarily.
- To increase brand awareness and market share.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production/warehouse departments.
- Review Sales & Marketing policies, team member and program of the branch/outlet in line with the overall business sales objectives and company goal.
- Plan, develop and grow efficiency and effectiveness in sales practices, processes and operations within the Branches/Outlets.
- To establish, implement and review sales & marketing reporting mechanism and monitoring performance against targets.
- Support preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection along with pipeline reports.
- Prepare sales & marketing plans and forecast determining specific organization product needs//.
- Plan, direct and control customer relation management programs and activities within the Branches/Outlets.
- Plan, control, coordinate, manage collaborate with human resource on planning and development of manpower within the Branches/outlets.
- Proficient in ensuring adherence to all Company principles and policies.
- Manage key customer relationships as well as plan and implement competitive strategies to achieve substantial growth in sales and market shares, including preparing sales proposals and quotations.
- Responsible to develop/ expand products specification with relevant parties, business networks/ clientele base and drive sales performance.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

- Manage key customer relationships as well as plan and implement competitive strategies to achieve substantial growth in sales and market shares, including preparing sales proposals and quotations.
- Actively identify and develop new and emerging business opportunities in the market and strategically tap them to promote a new product line.
- Compile market intelligence such as competitors’ pricing, new product launch and competing activities as well as information on new players.
- Job Resquirement
- Possess a Master in Business Management/Sales & Marketing/Business Development or at least a degree in Business Management or equivalents.
- At least 10years of experience as sales & marketing manager in FMCG industry.
- Capable in setting targets and achieve them actively.
- Must be an excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Must have experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
- Strong analytical skill to identify trends and sales patterns.
- The ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
- Posses the ability to guide and mentor sales man and representative.
- Capable in planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.
- Must have an advanced time management skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft office set and SQL will be an advantageous.
- To be a multi team player and possess a positivism thinking mindset.
- Get prepared in any assignment will be given from time to time by top management.
- Knowledge or having a set of quality management and supply chain will be an added advantage.**Benefits**:
