- **Procurement**: Assist in the procurement process, including vendor research, quotation requests, and procurement documentation.
- **Marketing Liaison**: Act as a liaison between the company and external marketing agencies. Coordinate meetings, communicate marketing plans, and ensure deliverables meet our standards and timeline.
- **Packaging Sourcing**: Work closely with the product development team to source packaging materials that are cost-effective, sustainable, and align with our brand image.
- **Executive Support**: Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources. Handle correspondence, prepare meeting briefs, and assist in task management.
- **Project Management**: Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the team's efforts in achieving project goals and deadlines.
- **Learning and Development**: Engage in learning opportunities within the company to understand the broader business operations and develop skills across different functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Interest in and ability to learn about various aspects of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
