As the **Creative Lead **at StoreHub, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our visual identity, ensuring that it aligns with our brand values and effectively communicates our product value propositions.
This individual will be the cornerstone of our brand's visual identity, driving the creative vision across all platforms and touchpoints. The **Creative Lead** will collaborate closely with other departments in the organisation to develop compelling narratives and innovative design solutions that resonate with our target audience.
You will also lead a team of talented designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our brand presence, drive engagement, and support our marketing and sales efforts.
-**What you will do**:
- Craft and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with StoreHub's brand identity, values, and business objectives. Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creative campaigns that elevate the brand and engage customers.
- Mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary creative team. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture within the team.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative concepts are well integrated into all marketing channels.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of consistency and quality across all mediums. Continuously evolve the brand's visual and verbal identity in response to market trends and business needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and content creation. Regularly introduce innovative ideas and techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of its sector.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that support their objectives.
**What you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, including branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia content.
- Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and mastery in design principles, typography, and brand development.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; and familiar with web design tools and principles.
- Proficiency in video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Corel VideoStudio, etc. would be an additional plus point.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest to make a difference in a growing business.
