Housekeeping Administrator

1. Responsible for coordination of incoming housekeeping work request form housekeeping porter system, manual order & maintain office failings.
2. To follow up on uncompleted works and keep requesters informed of progress and status.
3. To make sure the housekeeping team response on the request by end user or scheduled generated by system within KPI was set by superior.
4. To ensure quality check for cleanliness to be carry out daily.
5. Maintain and update Job requisition daily basis
6. To ensure all invoices are submitted to finance on time.
7. To ensure that all service reports related to own department are filed accordingly for easy reference.
8. Responsible to request & maintain enough for store level for housekeeping related equipment & asking quotation from hardware supplier (Housekeeping spare parts)
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
