**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations and assists sales staff to achieve their sales targets with new and existing accounts.
- Maintains customer files and follows up on inquiries with the Senior Sales Coordinator and Sales Team.
- Generates P/Os, invoices, general reporting and carries out administrative and clerical duties.
- To provide efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative services.
- To attend to incoming calls, enquiries and complaints.
- Responsible for collection.
- Attends events to assist with the facilitation of operations and respond to emergencies, problems, etc, ensure assigned aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plans.
- **Working location: Segambut**

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
- 3-6 years of Sales Marketing experience in related industry
- Require COMPUTER SKILLS (MS WORD, MS EXCEL, POWER POINT, OUTLOOK)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to work well under pressure
