Reporting to **:AIR OPERATION MANAGER**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Open Job Files
- Coordinate with customer / sales for shipment activation.
- Coordinate booking with airlines & release flight details to customers.
- Arrange pick up transport & release driver details to customers
- Inspect cargo weight, marking and dimension confirmation. Take cargo photos for proof of acceptance into AGX Warehouse and labelled cargo for identification & traceability purposes.
- Prepare HAWBs to customer and MAWB to destination office for AWBs confirmation.
- Arrange vendor for submission into Cargo Terminal Operator (CTO).
- Close final AWBs and send Pre-Alert to customer & destination office / partner.
- Submit AWBs to EDI for Customs Purpose.
- Follow up shipment until arrival consignee door & keep customer / all related party in updates.
- Collect POD from destination partner & send out to customer for Proof of Delivery.
- Prepare billing Invoice to customers and collect cost in all expenses into job files.
- Close Files.
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Air Cargo/Air Freight or any other related courses
- Possess own transport
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
