**RESPONSIBILITIES**

To support Superior and to ensure compliance to departmental KPI to achieve company’s key business objectives. Responsible to monitor and manage daily air shipments by adhering to company's rules and regulations.

**DUTIES**

1. To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.

2. Effective handling and responding of all customers interactions (tele-communications and written communications).

3. Schedule outbound and inbound shipment planning and documentations.

4. Assist with the communications with airline carriers when issues arise.

5. Prepares invoice, bill of ladings and other freight related documentation for commercial freight invoices and for air cargoes.

6. Perform all types of customs declaration (import, export, bonded, transhipment clearance and etc).

7. Ensure correct tariff code selections are in accordance to Malaysian Customs coding system.

8. Determine and monitoring of duties/taxes payment to Malaysian Customs.

9. To process direct payment to Malaysian Customs on behalf of customers.

10. Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, available and applicable to the customer order/shipment.

11. Scan and upload invoices, shipping documentation, as part of company guidelines.

12. To liaise with Internal / External customer should there is any disputes on the billing.

13. Ensure all the billing invoices are being sent to clients without any delays.

14. Verification of all invoices issued are in order BEFORE forwarding to customers.

15. To ensure there is no job under PENDING or OPEN status.

16. Responsible on compiling and submitting accurate, regular and timely reports as requested.

17. Report and document any irregularities to Superior immediately.

18. Any other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned.

**COMPETENCE**

Education : Minimum - Degree holder in Logistics Management or similar field.

Min 2 years experience in handling Air clearance shipments and possessed strong hands

Experience : and solid background in all areas of Air Import / Export operations which includes Customs declarations. Organized with good analytical skills and able to multi-task.

Good command in both written and spoken for English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer Skills : literate such as MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and etc. Knowledge in Sovy system and able to converse/written in Chinese will be and added advantage. _**To be based at FCZ KLIA. Must be able to work on shift.**_

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
