Customer Service Representative

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations
- Provide guests with verbal or written information about the facilities, services, rates, and area attractions.
- Greet guests, provide them with necessities, and escort them to their treatment rooms or relaxation areas.
- Actively promote spa packages and upsell services to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Maintains the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress and appearance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience or any related to providing good service to customers.
- Well spoken of English language.
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- Interested in working in Spa lounge.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts including overnight shift.
**Our Spa lounge is located at KLIA, Sepang
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
