**Responsibility**:
[1] Foreign Worker Management
- to assist in contract renewal - fomema check-up, insurance, levy, a special pass
- to arrange and send worker for foreman checkup at the clinic
- to send workers to the clinic when they are sick
- to conduct an investigation at the hostel when the worker is absent from work
[2] Hostel Management
- to ensure SOP compliances for all the hostel
- to ensure all hostel is in good condition, send contractor if anything to repair or maintenance
- to conduct spot check if worker take care of hostel such as cleaning duty
- to ensure all utility bills are being submitted to finance on a monthly basis
[3] Admin Duty
- to print out canteen subsidy listing on weekly basis, and ensure payment request submitting to finance for payment arrangement
- to ensure invoices from vendors are being submitted to finance for payment arrangement
- errand at the government office and embassy, from time to time
- to ensure face masks, hand sanitizer is being refilled on a timely basis
- safeguard morning check-in SOP and swab test session
- GEMPA on SOP compliances within company premises
- monitoring on the daily sanitizing process
- other task assigned from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
