Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, data entry, training development, and administrative tasks. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain practical knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records in our HR system
- Assist with workforce management tasks such as updating schedules and tracking attendance
- Support the development of training materials and programs for employees
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing documents, organizing files, and preparing reports
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mandarin proficiency is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have authorization to work in Ipoh, Perak

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
