**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess a bachelor in Administration/HR/business
- Proficient in English is required
- Computer literate
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepare training needs analysis report and come out annual plan.
- To resource training course, modules and training provider or internal trainer for MODE 1, MODE 2 & MODE 3.
- Receive training requisition, process and approval.
- To arrange the program management(venue, logistic, F&B, schedule, accomodation).
- To manage all documentation process related to the program and maintenance training material (Training Request, Training Report/Record,Bonding).
- Prepare payment to training provider.
- Conduct orientation inclusive EPF, SOSCO, Badge and prepre transfer form & transfer employee to related department including plant tour and delete resigned employee details in TMS pooling system.
- To develop and continue improve the training modules for new employees (Orientation).
- Review and monitor Training SOPs.
- To coordinate Internal COI and LET.
- Incharge of YEM Library including budget, purchase, arrangements and reports.
- Co-ordinate school / Institution request plant tour.
- To coordinate & support YIIP-SEA Program as YEM's Secretariat for YIIP (COI, SPI and SSI).
