Administrative Support: Assist company executives with daily tasks, including scheduling, meeting preparation, file management, translation, and optimizing bilingual documents and articles as needed.
- Information Management: Manage and maintain executives' documents, reports, data, and confidential information to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and business travel, including itinerary arrangements and reservations.
- Communication and Representation: Communicate with various parties both internally and externally, representing executives in responding to or coordinating relevant matters.
- Other Tasks: Assist executives in handling unexpected events, problem-solving, and providing follow-up as needed.

**; Requirements**:
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Preferably with an outspoken personality.
- Presentable outlook and personality.
- Computer Literate
- We prefer someone who can start working immediately.
