Assistant Administrative Manager

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Oversee facilities, maintenance activities (e.g electricians/ company vehicles maintenance, company fire insurance assets, office pantry / canteen, others)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Develop and manage the administrative budget, including cost forecasting, expenditure control, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions to enhance administrative processes and efficiency.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to administrative matters, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on administrative performance to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to administrative management.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as administration manager / senior executive 5 year or and above.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- BSc/BA in relative field
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
