**Qualifications & experience**
- Prefer age range 28 years old - 35 years old.
- At least 3 years working experience in Sales/Agency Business Development/ Marketing in insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance & Takaful.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with agencies and management.
- A good team player. Must possess own transport.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- To plan and drive the Direct Agencies to meet Company’s business targets and productivity.
- To provide support to Direct Agencies team in terms of products, Sales Tools, Maintenance of Contracts by Company, System Operations and Agency matters
- To drive sales and recruitment for Direct Agencies. To recruit and develop newcomers to achieve team’s productivity targets.
- To manage Sales Specialist’s activities to ensure they are on track to meet their production and recruitment targets.
- To instill and drive transformation concept (Digitals tools) within the Company and to liaise with all Productivity to drive the newly launched sales projects/ initiatives.
- To drive and motivate agents to create a high performing Sales Team. To join field with agents for roadshow, customers appointment and recruitment activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
