We are a company providing our clients with accounting and other business related services, and are currently looking for an administrative officer to join our growing team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative officer to care for various administrative tasks of the team, including but not limited to managing correspondence, maintaining files and records and communicating with suppliers and clients as needed.

A list of key responsibilities are as follows:

- Order supplies as needed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with clients as needed in professional manner.
- Manage and update spreadsheets maintained by the company in relation to suppliers and customers, ensuring information contained therein being up to date at all times.
- Organize business/transactional documents in accordance with company's prevalent practice, as and when required.
- Execute any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experiences in the role of administrative support in a fast-paced office environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Ability to speak fluently in Mandarin and/or Hokkien is an added advantage.
- Above average typing speed (preferred, but not a requirement).
- Familiarity with business related documents (such as invoices, purchase orders, quotations, etc...) and its general flow is a must to excel in this position.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
