**Working Loction: O2 Ayer Itam Penang**
**Working Hours: 8.30am -5.30pm**
**Salary: RM 2000-RM 3000**
**Main duties**:
- Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required, and on boarding process.
- Tracking and ordering uniform for all branches
- create organisation chart and update employee contact list
- Maintain the updated job descriptions for each of the positions in the organization.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans or as and when required.
- Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements.
- Organize and take part in interview procedures as required.
- Coordinate, participate & assist internal and external recruitment activities, including job or career fair.
- Any other task that may related to work
**Requirements**:
2. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, good if able to speak Chinese
3. **At least 2** Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Good in social media and positing adv
5. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources relevance, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
7. Good computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Words.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
