**Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments to track and update stock levels
- **Order Processing**
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Verify and confirm product availability for customer orders
- **Data Entry**
- Input and maintain accurate data on reports
- **Documentation**
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documents
- Generate and update reports on order status, and other relevant metrics
- **Communication**
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- **Quality Control**
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Report and address any discrepancies or damaged items
- **Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep abreast of any changes in regulations related to warehouse operations.
- **Problem Solving**
- Address issues related to order fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, or other operational challenges
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to logístical problems
- **Organization and Cleanliness**
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Implement and enforce organizational systems for efficient storage and retrieval of products

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
