Discipline Management
- Involved in setting up & maintaining the disciplinary system in the company and to ensure strict compliance
- Managing all disciplinary issues i.e. from grievance handling, counselling, advice & warning letters right up to Domestic Inquiries (DI), and to recommend the required punishments to management (after a DI)

Union Management
- Meeting regularly with the Union to review work issues in accordance to all legal requirements stipulated in the Collective Agreements & the Employment Act 1955

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Assisting in manpower studies to determine the headcount required for all Departments
- Reviewing all manpower requisition to ensure all requisitions made by HODs are sufficiently justified in order to approve such requisitions
- Writing out advertisements & to place these adverts in the appropriate medium for all Approved Vacancies
- Setting salaries for all new employees based on the “Pay Setting Guide” Policy in force
- Drafting & sending out all appointment letters for all new hires
- Coordinating new employee onboarding process

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies or any relevant courses
- Possess 3 years & above of working experience in this field of work
- Ability to proficiently speak & understand English & Malay (Mandarin is just an added skill to be able to deal with Mandarin speaking employees)
- Good communication and people skills
- Well versed in Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
