Location: TPM, Bukit Jalil

**Job Description**:

- To compile monthly and weekly reimbursement claims and perform detailed checks;
- To compile Site Engineers’ and workers’ and outsource safety wages and overtime computation and perform attendance checks;
- To welcome and administrate new employee onboarding process and staff exit process;
- To administrate the relocation of employees from different office buildings which includes arrangements for their equipment, facilities, and hostel accommodation.
- To renew all companies’ registration, certification and license;
- To renew employees' safety cards before the expiry date, i.e., CIDB, NIOSH, AESP, AGTES, etc;
- To administrate and assist in Companies’ ISO Audit;
- To administrate company vehicles, include Insurance, Road Tax, Summons, Maintenance, Inspection (car condition-tyre, damage/dent scratch, windscreen and emergency kit), Staff Usage records and etc related to company vehicles.
- To ensure public area, reception area and other office buildings are clean, tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- To arrange meetings and appointments and provide equipment as required.
- To serve walk-in visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately as soon as they arrive at the office when required.
- To administrate and manage repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles and buildings.
- To perform administration in ordering and allocating of office stationery and supplies.
- Responsible on day-to-day administration including provide general administration support, data entry in record keeping, maintaining the office/ pantry, maintaining office equipment & facilities, security and etc.
- To assist in Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements, planning for company annual dinner, company trip and other occasion events.
- Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.

Job requirement:

- Degree in Administration or its equivalent (Fresh graduate is welcome to apply);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
