**Role Description**

As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will report to the Operation Manager and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role in Petaling Jaya.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with daily operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing necessary information.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and documents.
- File and organize documents in both physical and electronic formats.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Basic salary: MYR 2,000 - 2,500 (based on qualifications and experience)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
