Administration Executive

**Responsibilities**
Responsible for the day to day operations by providing prompt and efficient administrative support in the Management Office.
- Greet tenants, resident, visitors, contractors, workmen, etc. and provide general assistance.
- Type/compose minutes of meetings, letters, memos and other documents as directed.
- Handle all inward and outward correspondences.
- Maintain accurate files and records that may be easily accessed by all.
- Provide available information, where required.
- Provide other administrative support to the office when necessary.
- Photocopying, faxing, scanning and file administration as needed.
- To carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
**Requirements**:
- SPM and above
- Good in both spoken & written English for this position deals with English speaking residents, tenants, guests, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgement
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments
- Punctual attendance
- Fresh SPM school leavers, Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply. Work experience NOT REQUIRED.
