Building Manager

**Job description**
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of Management of a commercial building
- Ensure timely and prompt responses to the owners to resolve their problems/complaint
- To manage quotations and liaise with contractors on repairs, renovations & maintenance matters of the building.
- To oversee/monitor the operation and condition of the building equipment and features are compliant and in good operating order
- To ensure all licenses or contracts required by law or related Act are renewed on time.
- Organize yearly AGM for Management Body/Corporation and ensure relevant documentation is in proper order.
- To attend monthly meetings with the Committee and prepare the Minutes of Meeting accordingly.
- Budget management of operation and all the expenses
- Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents
**Job Requirement**
**Minimum Diploma / Diploma in property management will be an advantage**
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of property management.
- Good leadership, Good planning and communication skills
- Proven technical and supervisory experience including planning, supervising service providers and achieving set target.
**Salary**: RM2,830.68 - RM4,416.19 per month
