We are looking for a visionary and strategic hands-on leader to take the helm as Managing Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The individual must bring to the organization:
Leadership - Develop and execute the company's long-term vision and strategic plans, aligning them with the mission and values of the organization. Lead the development and implementation of business strategies, product development, product distribution, and expansion plans.

Operational & execution excellence - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Market Expansion - Identify market / segment / customer trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies. Bring the organizational capability and capacity in line with sales and market expansion strategy. Focus on time to volume and profits.

Financial Management - Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Business drives profitable growth, cash accretive to secure funding to support growth and expansion.

Team Leadership - Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Recruit, train, and mentor top talent while promoting professional development.

Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees. Making the company a great partner to customers and suppliers and a great place to work for employees.

Compliance - Ensure compliance with group policy, standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive ESG initiatives to establish and maintain a commitment to sustainable friendly practices.

Closely partner with senior executives and work stream leaders to architect integration strategies closely aligned with the Company’s operating model; drive timely and objective decision-making with sound advice and good judgment.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Education Background : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience : Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar senior executive leadership role, preferably in the materials, manufacturing, or related industry (preferably from MNC background).
- Require Skill:
1. Strong track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and successfully scaling a start-up or business.
- 2. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- 3. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- 4. In-depth knowledge of the Hi-tech industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- 5. Understanding of financial management, strong business acumen.
- 6. Easily establishes rapport and effective relationships, while driving accountability for shared results.
- 7. Hands-on leader with high level of operational focus and rigor.
- 8. Able to build and sustain strong relationships at multiple levels internally and with partners; high emotional intelligence and an ability to challenge in a nuanced way.-
