- Duration: Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hardware goods and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide information about products, such as their features, benefits, and cost.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements.
- Process sales orders and arrange delivery of goods.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors' products, and prices to understand customers' specific needs.
- Review and manage personal sales goals on a regular basis and strive to meet or exceed them.
- Attend trade shows and sales events as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
