**Job Title**: Customer Support Specialist (English & Bahasa Speaker)
**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Job Overview**: We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is proficient in English (B2 level) and Bahasa. In this role, you will assist customers by providing support in both languages, ensuring their issues and inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify common customer issues and provide feedback to enhance service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) and Bahasa (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer support or service role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
