Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information in Bahasa.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer issues and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Bahasa and English (spoken and written).
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: RM1,522.62 - RM4,000.00 per month
