Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Report to top management;
- Attend to all aspects of PA and corporate work;
- Schedule and organize appointments for VIPs/visitors;
- Circulate agenda, schedule meetings, and take minutes;
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive documents;
- Liaison with Department Heads and coordinate office activities;
- Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines;
- Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Min 2 years and above of experience as PA or similar job;
- Proficient in written correspondence in English, Mandarin, and Malay;
- Excellent MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing skills;
- Good PR skills and a flair for communication;
- A fast worker who is able to meet tight deadlines and deliver required results;
- Has a confident, calm, collected, and mature personality; and
- Possess a car and am willing to travel out of office meetings and job assignments
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
