Sales Development Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Presentations and Demos**: Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demos that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- **Qualification of Leads**: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
- **Close Deals**: Work closely with prospects through the sales process, address their concerns, and close deals, contributing to the team's monthly and quarterly targets.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years experience and above in sales or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for technology and innovation.
