**Job Title: Virtual Live Chat Operator (Chinese/English)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service and support to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer questions related to our aromatherapy products and services.
- Assist clients in placing orders and resolving any issues related to orders.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that client needs are being met.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service standards and enhance the client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment.
- Proficient in using chat software and other web-based tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work remotely from home or any location with a stable internet connection. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
