To deliver excellent customer service via socia media (live chat).
- Answer / responds to customer inquiries through the appropriate support channel.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked and escalated to next level.
- To comply with company's SOP. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
- To provide customer's feedback to higher authority to assist in decision making and enhance company's image.

Job requirement
- Degree and above in the related field.
- Diploma with 1 year of working experience / Fresh DEGREE graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Customer oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work around KL area (reachable by LRT / KTM).
- Immediate intake available

Additional Information:

- Employment permit will be covered by the company
- Annual Leave
- flight ticket and 1-2 week accomodation will be covered.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
