Involve and provide support in employer branding initiatives.
- Support in recruitment activities - attract, filter, arrange for interview, and transition to onboarding.
- Assist in HR clerical and administrative functions - employee data entry, issuing letters and other documentations/e-filing.
- Organize and/or attend events such as conferences, seminars, roadshow, receptions, and exhibitions.
- Develop and maintain content and design of corporate website.
- Manage and monitor on responsible social media spaces to ensure content updates and user engagement.
- Daily active with social network site; Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, YouTube, Forums would be much advantages.
- Update company presentations and all relevant marketing knowledge.
- Perform clients’ database management.
- Handle purchasing process for employer branding collaterals, corporate gifts, and event give-away.
- Initiate and coordinate many campaigns including student brand ambassador campaign.
- Other assignments deemed necessary.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Marketing and Communications or any relevant degree or work experience are welcome to apply.
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve campaigns performance.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Must be proficient in computer literacy in MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Basic video editing skills: experience in filming and video camera equipment and/or working knowledge of graphics software e.g. Adobe Photoshop would be a plus.
- Good organisational skills and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, great team player.
- Creative thinking, positive attitude, has great attention to detail, able to work in a team and under tight deadlines with changing priorities (multi-tasking).
