**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance and cleaning services.
- Monitors administrative expenses incurred against the approved budget.
- Maintain a proper record & movement of the office fixed assets.
- Overall in charge of administration matters.
- Assist in production forecast and timely purchase of packing and raw materials.
- Involve in Cost Management and Costing Calculation.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/required by the Management from time to time.
- Maintain Hostel of employee and ensuring that each employee's facilities are provided and in good condition.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in relevant field
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR positions.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
