Full job description*Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.Process and maintain employee paperwork, including new hire paperwork, employee files, and terminations.Assist with HR reports, including data entry, data review, and report generation.Provide support to HR team with employee engagement activities, including holiday parties, team building events, and recognition programs.Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned by the HR Executives.Requirements
:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 years of experience in a human resources support role. Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization. Detailoriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Types
