**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support with payroll and assist with benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support to HR managers, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- More than 1 year of work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Mandarin will be add advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately
