**Job Title: Assistant Manager, HR**
**Reporting Line: COO**

- Strategies, Policies and Practices to ensure that the company has high quality, motivated and committed Employees. Also, to ensure that the company is in compliance with the local labour laws. Finally, to maintain up-to-date administration files on all employees.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **General HR **_
- Establish HR policies and handbook for the company.
- Design forms and processes to meet local labour laws.
- Design local policies, procedures, training and employee programs and other guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
- Complete payroll processing checks of the employees and submit monthly reports to Finance for payment.
- Dealing with government bodies like MOHR (Malaysia), MOM (Singapore) etc.
- Maintenance of personnel files, leave records, employee database.
- Aid the Department Heads and employees in order to maximize the quality and professionalism of the staff by listening and interpreting concerns and objectives and seeking solutions.
- **Recruitment, Onboarding and Exit **_
- Responsible for the entire process of recruitment and selection: headcount requisition, sourcing of profiles, conducting interviews in coordination with departmental heads, making offers, reference check, issuing appointment letters and other joining formalities.
- Direct employment agencies in their search for employees.
- Conducting of exit interviews and exit clearance formalities.
- **Employee Relations and Engagement **_
- Initiate programs which foster good work relations such as social and sports committees.
- Implement and monitor an effective employee relations and welfare program.
- Plan and execute employee welfare and recreational activities.
- Responsible for grievance handling and other aspects of employee relation management.
- **Compensation & Benefits **_
- Managing the entire performance appraisal process, compilation of appraisal data and linkage to rewards i.e., Probation, Confirmation, Annual Increment, Promotion and Performance Bonus
- Define job grades and determine benefits for each level.
- Recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
- **Job Requirements**_**:
- Diploma / Degree
- Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources operations.
- Knowledge of all aspects of HR, statutory laws **of Malaysia and Singapore **and IR.
- A strong team player.
- Strong inter-personal skills, leadership skills, administration skills and organizational skills.
- To be able to operate independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
