**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
**A) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process customer orders and handle payment transactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase sales revenue
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
**B) JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- High school, diploma or equivalent,
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
8.30am to 12.30pm Saturday
